LeagueStock is an emerging fantasy sports and technology company that operates like a stock market for sports fans. After launching on the App Store and Google Play Store in 2023, LeagueStock continues to grow its userbase while adding key features and expanding into new markets.

Responsible for developing the foundational strategy and leading the execution of all strategic marketing initiatives. Additional responsibilities include: brand development, roadmap development, team management, creative development, content creation, copywriting, paid and organic social media, email marketing, experiential marketing, strategic partnerships, website management, data analytics, marketplace research, budget management, fundraising, investor relations, customer relations, agency management, talent acquisition, accounting, and legal.


Accomplishments

• Created and cultivated the LeagueStock social media accounts, marketing website, brand documents, email marketing tools, and CRM.

• Led digital, social, and experiential campaigns that outpeformed user growth (+33%), gameplay (+133%), and revenue (+29%) objectives.

• Wrote and refined LeagueStock brand messaging, ensuring integration and consistency across all owned, earned, and paid channels.

• Directed a team of 15 marketers, designers, developers, and data engineers during the development and release of two mobile applications.

• Maintained ownership of the strategic product roadmap, setting and managing team workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Conducted in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities, informing product strategy and enhancing user experience.
• Led internal and external stakeholders through a complete app redesign and strategic rebranding initiatives as Product Manager.

Gerflor is a global leader in commercial and athletic flooring solutions. International brands Connor Sports, Sport Court and Taraflex are all innovators and market leaders in their respective product categories. Collectively their surfaces are used at the highest levels of competition by leading sports associations around the world including the NBA, NCAA, FIBA, FIVB, USA Volleyball and Summer Olympic Games.

Responsible for leading marketing communications planning and execution across our international sports flooring brands. Additional responsibilities included: brand management, Google Ads, Google Analytics, search engine optimization (SEO), public relations (PR), website management, copywriting, content creation, paid and organic social media, partnership marketing, email advertising, trade show and experiential marketing, media relations, agency management, sample distribution, and the production of sales collateral.

Accomplishments
• Directed Google Ads campaigns for 19 independent businesses , achieving 37M+ impressions, 500K+ clicks and 6K+ conversions.

• Redesigned and maintained three brand websites, improving SEO performance, lead generation, user experience, and visual aesthetics.
• Created and shared engaging and relevant social media content, growing each platform's reach by 94% - 343%.

Optimum Sports serves as the sports marketing & media agency for Omnicom Media Group and represents a wide array of established national and regional brands. The Partnership Marketing Group represents all such clients with current or prospective sports team or league relationships. My client experience includes State Farm, Apple, McDonalds's, Gatorade, Pepsi, P&G, Infiniti, Nissan, Illinois Lottery, and New Jersey Lottery, among others.

Responsible for leading client communication and daily fulfilment of team and league partnerships across numerous accounts nationwide.  Additional responsibilities included: strategic planning, asset valuation, partnership negotiation, contract review, budget management, and marketplace research.  Emphasis on effective account management and project management in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

• Successfully leveraged 140+ professional, collegiate and minor league sports partnerships to achieve unique client objectives.

Kayem Foods is a food production company with numerous national and multi-regional brands under the corporate umbrella. The original brand, Kayem, partners with 30+ professional, minor league and collegiate sports teams. Included in the contracts with these teams are marketing and sales assets that require ongoing execution and creative refresh.

Responsible for management of sports sponsorships, event strategy and brand marketing activities. Led marketing functions including: trade-show coordination, sampling strategy and implementation, marketing material development and special projects promotional demo kit and Box O Meat. Emphasis on effective coordination of multiple projects for high priority groups in a fast paced work environment.

Accomplishments
• Coordinated creative refresh, asset allocation and prize distribution for sports partnerships, activations and contests.
• Created new promotional materials and updated existing assets including: sell sheets, quick screens, recipe cards, banners, coupons, demo kits, vehicles, corporate videos and more
• Developed and executed consumer promotions that drove over 2.5M unique targeted impressions over eleven months, up 42% on similar and new promotions from the previous year.
• Coordinated live promotional events, such as Boston's National Hot Dog Day Celebration, that generated millions of PR impressions and $80,000+ in charitable donations.
• Directed industry trade show activity including: budget management, product shipment and onsite coordination.
